Excellent location just 10 minutes from the sea of San Benedetto del Tronto and the Riviera delle Palme, an ideal place where silence, tranquillity, rest, comfort and safety reign. The Podere Bellavista holiday home consists of two apartments:

1) Apartment number 1 - living room, kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and bedroom with two single beds - possibility of adding a third single bed.

2) Apartment number 2 - attic studio with kitchen, bathroom, double bed and possibility of single bed.  Air conditioning.

The apartments have independent entrances with relative private parking.

The house has a large sun terrace equipped with umbrella and sunbeds with a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding hills where the villages of Offida, Acquaviva Picena, Monteprandone and many others are located.  The beautiful city of Ascoli Piceno is just a 15-minute drive away. 

The house is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in apartment 2, mosquito nets, barbecue and everything necessary to satisfy your needs.
